These terms govern your use of futurecopywriters.com and the purchase of copywriting services from futurecopywriters (C. Flor, 7, 10332 Valdelacasa de Tajo, Caceres, Spain). Placing an order means you accept these terms in full.
Services
futurecopywriters provides website copywriting, brand voice, landing page copy, email campaign copy, social media content and advertising copy as described on this website. All services are delivered digitally in agreed file formats. No physical delivery is made.
Orders and pricing
Package prices are base prices applicable to the scope specified for each package. A confirmed project price is agreed by email after reviewing your brief. Payment through Stripe constitutes a binding service contract. Prices are shown in EUR excluding Spanish IVA at 21% for Spanish-resident clients.
Delivery
Starter projects: 5 business days. Growth projects: 10 business days. Studio projects: timeline agreed individually, typically 4-6 weeks. Rush delivery (3 days) requires the rush add-on purchased at order time. All timelines begin when we have received the complete brief and any source materials requested.
Your obligations
You are responsible for providing a project brief, source materials in agreed formats, and responding to clarification requests within 2 business days. Delays caused by late materials do not count against our delivery timeline.
Revisions
One revision round is included in all packages. Revisions bring the work into alignment with the agreed brief. Scope changes after brief approval are quoted separately. Additional revision rounds are available at the prevailing hourly rate.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the delivered copy transfer to you. futurecopywriters retains no rights over the finished work. We may mention the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or commercial losses. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Spanish or EU law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Caceres, Spain, except where mandatory EU consumer rules require otherwise.
