Right of withdrawal
EU consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By checking the agreement box at checkout and consenting to service commencement, you explicitly waive this right once work on your project begins. This is standard practice for digital services initiated at your request.
Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before we have received your brief and begun research, you will receive a full refund. Email hello@futurecopywriters.com with your order reference.
Cancellation after work begins
Once a brief has been received and work assigned, we refund the proportion of the project scope not yet completed, less a 20% administration fee on the full order value. Completed work up to cancellation is non-refundable.
Completed projects
Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable unless a material error exists that we cannot correct within 7 business days of written notice. A material error is a verifiable inaccuracy that substantially misrepresents the agreed brief.
Quality disputes
Contact hello@futurecopywriters.com within 10 business days of delivery with specific examples referenced to the agreed brief. We respond within 3 business days. Confirmed material breaches result in correction at no charge or a partial refund at our discretion.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original Stripe payment method within 7 business days of approval.
