All futurecopywriters services are delivered digitally. No physical materials are shipped. This policy describes how we deliver completed projects.
Standard delivery timelines
- Starter Package: 5 business days from receipt of complete brief and materials
- Growth Package: 10 business days from receipt of complete brief and materials
- Studio Package: Timeline agreed individually at project start, typically 4-6 weeks with milestone deliveries
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays and Extremadura regional holidays. All timelines begin when we have received the complete brief, any source materials requested, and answered any outstanding scope questions. Incomplete briefs or unanswered questions pause the timeline.
File formats
Standard delivery is DOCX (Microsoft Word). We can also deliver in PDF, Google Docs format or plain text. For web copy, documents are structured to match your page and section layout for easy CMS integration. For email copy, we format to match your email service provider on request.
Rush delivery
3-day rush delivery is available as a paid add-on for eligible project scopes. Rush eligibility is confirmed after we review the brief scope. If rush is not possible for your project, the add-on fee is not charged. Rush timelines begin from receipt of a complete brief.
Included with every delivery
Every delivery includes the copy in agreed format, annotation notes explaining key decisions, and one revision round. Growth and Studio projects include a project glossary and terminology notes. Studio projects include bi-weekly progress updates throughout the project.
Non-receipt
If you have not received your delivery within 24 hours of the expected date, contact hello@futurecopywriters.com and we will investigate and resend.
