Copywriting is writing designed to move someone toward a specific action: buying, subscribing, calling, clicking. Content writing is writing designed to inform, entertain or build authority over time. Both are valuable. When you need your website to convert visitors into clients, that is copywriting. When you need articles that position you as an expert over six months, that is content. We specialise in copywriting but work across both where the brief calls for it.
Both. We write natively in both languages and have clients who need Spanish-only, English-only and bilingual outputs. The quality is the same in both. We do not translate copy from one language to the other. If you need the same content in both languages, each version is written fresh for that language audience, not translated.
Standard delivery for Starter projects (up to 3 pages) is 5 business days. Growth projects (up to 8 pages) take 10 business days. Studio projects involve a detailed timeline agreed at the start, typically 4-6 weeks. All timelines start from when we have an approved brief, not from the payment date. Rush delivery (3 days) is available as an add-on for eligible project scopes.
Either works. If you have a brief, send it and we will review it before the intake call. If you do not have a brief, the intake call and our audience research produce one. The quality of the final copy improves with a detailed brief, regardless of who writes it. If you have existing brand guidelines, competitor copy you admire or copy you want to move away from, share all of it.
The revision round included in all packages is for exactly this situation. Tell us what is not working and why, with reference to the brief. We will revise and resubmit. The revision round covers changes that align the work with the agreed brief. If the brief itself changes after we have started writing, that is a scope change and we quote for the additional work separately.
We have worked across food and drink, technology, architecture, professional services, retail and cultural organisations. We have particular experience with Spanish and European food and drink brands and with technology products that need to reach non-technical buyers. We take on projects outside our core areas when the brief is clear and the product is one we can research properly.
Yes, and we are good at it. If you have existing copy you are happy with, show it to us. We will identify the patterns in the writing style and replicate them in the new content. If you have a formal brand voice guide, even better. We work from whatever documentation you have and fill in the gaps through the intake process. The more examples you can share, the faster we can match the voice.
Standard delivery is DOCX (Microsoft Word). We can also deliver in PDF, Google Docs, or plain TXT. For website copy, we can structure the document to match your page and section layout, making it easy to paste directly into your CMS. If you use a specific CMS or page builder, tell us and we will format accordingly. For email copy, we deliver in a format compatible with your email service provider on request.
